You don't need to imitate each and every detail I give here, but let everything inspire you in your own efforts and pleasures, always following the general rules — moderate use of olive oil, eating legumes, avoiding anything fried and anything made of white flour, eating only whole wheat bread and pasta, drinking a lot of water, drinking wine, etc.
The overall sense should be that of moderation, quality, health, balance, variety.
Keep this idea of having a schedule, rotating as many recipes as you like but in some order, and keeping a measure in all of your meals — never be glutted like beasts.
A schedule helps to judge your choices and arrive soon at a final form that works best for you.
